I asked for customer service help and I was advised to open dispute, when opening dispute it appears that I have to make the return, however there is no indication for the free return🤷🏽‍♀️

I asked for customer service help and I was advised to open dispute, when opening dispute it appears that I have to make the return, however there is no indication for the free return🤷🏽‍♀️ But both are already very old packages, one is dated September this year and another June
