1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DroneIn.com. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days ( depending on the vendor ) of receiving your order. Please note the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
  • To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. Additionally, kindly provide a video of the package being opened to inspect for any damages that may have occurred during the product’s arrival.

2. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item within 14 days of purchase. Contact our customer service at admin@dronein.com to initiate an exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The original payment method will be credited for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, within 14 days.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
