Supposedly its 24 inches but looks more like 16 or 18' maybe they sent me the wrong one by mistake 🤦🏽‍♀️ driving but will upload later

I can't even fit the wig the cutting is off like half of the side is missing then I haven't even worn it because I can't fit it and the hair is frizzy from being in the pack... this is the worst part I try to get a refund and they want me to pay $30 and say it only cost $16 I don't feel comfortable doing that because the total amount is $115 plus $30 for shipping... Do not buy this wig I repeat Do not buy😡😡😡

I ordered a 36 inch the hair is not a 36 inch I left the seller a message to make sure hair was a 36 inch and still did not get a 36 inch. PISSED

It’s more like 18 inch or 20inches … it’s so short I’ve been ordering from this site for years and I never in my life felt so played out my money this wig IS NOT TRUE TO THE LENGTH!! I would like a refund they never even responded to my messages only to say for me to measure it myself and send the proof when they already know … it’s not TRUE TO LENGTH!!!! They only offer to give me a refund when they get the wig back in hand … or settle for a 30 dollar refund that’s crazy too me !! Never again because careful who you order from !
