   The head will not stay on. There is no groove to hold the S hook in place so once you turn dolls head, it falls off. I tried a washer, but head flops around. Maybe washer and gasket? They will try to convince you that a larger S hook will fix the problem- it won’t. I tried a larger hook and it didn’t work. The doll came with a red pimple painted into her cheek. So disappointing

This can be remedied with a type of washer larger than the inside opening but the head will continue to swing uncontrollably because the head hole fitting is much larger than the width of the neck!    Wry good likeness of the pictures. I’m so happy with her. I ordered her in full makeup. No regrets. I just adore her! She came wrapped in a white blanket. Her body and one eyeball became detached when I unwrapped her. But it was fine reattaching her body since I needed to put her outfit on anyways. And I also had to redo the eyes with the plasticine. She is perfect. I was worried I had to buy bigger eyes for her but the eyes she came with worked perfectly fine. I think it could go a little bigger if you want a younger baby look. I was hoping she came with extra hand parts but she doesn’t. She came with a cleaning sponge. She was well packaged and wrapped. I had fun unwrapping her. Shipping was fast. Arrived to Canada in 2-3 weeks.

Other than that she is perfect. These are the random eyes I got and I thought pretty but not the look I was after. Then I put on her outfit and oh wow, they are mesmerizing. ❤️ I am in love with her.    Everything would have been perfect if a decent sized S-hook came with doll. She arrived with her head off and LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THIS S-HOOK AND THE SIZE OF THE HOLE WHERE IT GOES ON THE DOLL!!! They might as well put nothing because this holds exactly the same as nothing. Unbelievable. Now I know whoever put that doll in the box KNEW it didn't fit obviously. Come on people, it's not rocket science.
