The doll is very cute, I liked it a lot, but it is not the model I asked for. I had ordered the blue-eyed chestnut doll, yet I am satisfied with the quality of the doll. The only 'bad' details I find is the quality of the clothes (because it's so hard) and that in the hair it has its imperfections (a part is not well attached to the head and in general the cut is very misaligned). The delivery was fast, although yes, it needs more protection, it only came in its wrap inside another bag.
