I am deeply disappointed with the purchase of this toy. When she arrived, the box was completely wrecked, as if she had been mistreated during the shipping process. But that wasn't the worst.

When opening the box, I discovered that the toy itself was broken. The pieces were loose and some were even missing. It was not only a huge disappointment to me, but also to my son, who was excited about the toy.

It is unacceptable for a product to arrive under these conditions. I was expecting a high-quality toy and safe packaging, but what I received was the opposite. This incident has affected my confidence and makes me doubt to make future purchases.
